What we collect

When you use the property inquiry form, we collect what you choose to share:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Your property preferences: buying or renting, locations, property type, budget range, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeline, purchase method and preapproval status (buyers), and pet information (renters).
• Any notes you add.
• How you found the site, such as the referring website and campaign tags in the link you followed.
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial documents, or credit information on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about your property search by phone or email.
• To send text messages, only if you checked the box agreeing to receive them.
• To match you with properties that fit what you described.
• To keep records of your request and your consent choices.

Agreeing to texts is optional and not required to get help. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run this website and manage client relationships (for example, our CRM), and with parties involved in your transaction when you ask us to, such as a property manager or lender.

Fair housing

We follow fair housing laws and do not discriminate on any protected basis. Questions about pets are for property matching only. Service and assistance animals are not pets, and accommodation requests are handled separately.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below.
