This policy explains how GMS Connect handles personal information collected through this website. It does not govern protected health information that GMS Connect processes on behalf of a health plan or other covered entity — that information is governed by HIPAA and by the business associate agreement in place with that client.

Information we collect

We collect only what you send us. Through the contact form: your name, work email address, telephone number where supplied, your organization and its type, and the free-text answers you provide. Through the application form: your name, contact details, the location and start date you are applying for, the languages you work in, any message you write, and the résumé files you attach.
